We had our 5 week ultrasound today, and it looks as though we have a little polka dot! Or more of a lima bean or if you look at the photo in it's entirety it looks like Sloth from the goonies...hmmm.... "Baby Ruth!!!" Come to think of it, a Baby Ruth sounds pretty good right about now with a Root Beer float....
The good news is that Mama Bear is progressing nicely and we will have another ultrasound to see and hear the heartbeat next week. Other than feeling a bit tired, hungry and having the most tender boobies EVER, I am feeling pretty darn good. I do miss my glass of vino at night (substituting a pre-natal just doesn't give the same effect), but I am living vicariously through Papa Bear and his Budweisers :)
